Founded by Nicole Lacy-Thompson, UDS UK is the place where dancers from all ages and abilities, from all over the UK and the world, can be a part of exceptional dance education experiences.

Beginning in 2017, Jeff joined lifelong friend and founder of UDS UK, Nicole Lacy-Thompson, to grow the company and expand opportunities for more young people to perform, learn, and grow as dancers and individuals.
