Beginning in 2006, Jeff began his involvement with Dancers Inc Competitions and Conventions for a New Generation as the first national title winner: Mr. Dance of a New Generation.

Beginning in 2018, Jeff began serving as a director for the company. At the cutting edge of the dance competition/convention industry, Dancers Inc. brings only the finest teachers, judges, and choreographers from around the country.

Additionally, Jeff founded the Dancers Inc Foundation in 2018 and serves as its President.
